Surrey, BC – The Surrey RCMP is alerting the public to an assault that left two men injured in the 6000-block of 130A Street. Around 4:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of a fight at the location, where they found two men who had been stabbed. Both victims were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the RCMP, the incident appears to have been targeted, as the victims were reportedly meeting with the suspects for a transaction. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle before police arrived. Authorities are now searching for three individuals, described as Black males in their late teens to early twenties.
“This is believed to be a targeted incident as the victims were meeting with the suspects to conduct a transaction,” stated Corporal Sarbjit Kaur Sangha in a press release.
