Surrey,BC – Surrey Police Service is investigating a serious overnight collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian that sent the pedestrian to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
On February 9, 2025, shortly before 9:20 pm, Surrey Police Service Frontline officers responded to a report of a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle near the intersection of King George Boulevard and 100 Avenue. The driver remained at the scene of the collision. The pedestrian, an adult man, was transported to hospital for treatment of critical, potentially life-threatening, injuries.
SPS is leading the investigation and has contacted the Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) to assist. The investigation is in its early stages, and it is unknown what caused the collision between the vehicle and pedestrian.
